CarbonCase at RR Motors Austria: AMG ONE, Veyron and the GT4 RS

Our last stop in May 2026 was RR Motors in Austria, with the Mercedes-AMG ONE, Bugatti Veyron and Porsche 718 GT4 RS.

Last stop of the trip, 28 May 2026, RR Motors in Austria. The lineup did not ease off: a Mercedes-AMG ONE, a Bugatti Veyron, a Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS, and a row of cars behind them that would headline anywhere else.

The AMG ONE is the clearest argument for carbon fiber we have stood next to. It uses a Formula 1 derived carbon monocoque because there is no other way to hold that much power in that little mass. Twenty years earlier the Veyron reached the same conclusion with a carbon tub of its own. Different eras, same answer. The GT4 RS makes the case at a smaller scale, with a CFRP hood and front fenders pulling weight off the nose where it hurts most.

Every one of those cars uses carbon because of what it does, not how it looks. That is the rule we build to. A carbon fiber case that is film printed on plastic borrows the look and skips the material. Ours is 100% real forged carbon fiber, which is why it feels dense in the hand and not hollow.
